Food Processor Pie Crust

I bake a lot of pies. I could probably make them in my sleep. This is my tried-and-true food processor pie crust recipe:

Ingredients:

2 cups white flour
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour (or just use 3 cups of normal flour)
1 tsp salt
1 cup of butter, cut into slices
1 TBSP white vinegar
1/4 – 1/2 cup ice cold water

Put the dry ingredients in the food processor and whirl it a bit to mix. Add the butter and pulse it a few times — you want the pieces to be chopped up but not too small — about the size of peas. Mix the vinegar and ice water together and slowly drizzle part of it onto the flour/butter mixture. Pulse it a bit. Add more liquid if it looks too dry. Scoop out of the bowl and put it into a ziplock bag and stash it in the fridge to firm up before rolling it out. This can also be frozen for future use. Makes a double pie crust or two single pie crusts.
