Taste of Fall
Last weekend, Margs and I decided to make a big kitchen mess and break out the pasta maker. We made a lot of noodles but, best of all, we made homemade butternut squash ravioli.
We served them with browned butter with onions and pine nuts. A little parmesan cheese and parsley from the garden was sprinkled on top.
Delicious! It makes cleaning up flour from every crevice in the kitchen worth it!
